Tudor George Luca
Born in Romania in 1990, he completed his high school studies in Montepulciano (SI) in the field of business management.
In 2014 he approaches the world of jewelry which he is fascinated by. He acquires skills in the sector by working with goldsmiths and in the international fashion market.
He follows various goldsmith courses between Florence and Arezzo and today manages the Montepulciano store where you can see him “at work” while making engravings on metal.
Cesare Smilari
Born in the Cuneo area in 1982, he completed his high school studies in Chiusi (SI).
His passion for wine led him to Montepulciano and after several years of experience in the catering and wine trade he extended his interest in the world of jewelry with the opening of a store in the historic center of Montepulciano.
Cesare is the catalyst of AJ Tuscany and thanks to his passion and expertise on trade, his profound experience in Tuscany and especially in Montepulciano, allows AJ Tuscany to present itself in the most incisive way possible.

Lucio Minigrilli
Born in Arezzo in 1980, he graduated in History of Art and Architecture at the University of Siena and completed his studies with a master’s degree in History and Jewelry design.
He creates sculptures commissioned by prominent public and private bodies as well as religious ones for cathedrals and churches. He collaborates with leading brands for the creation of models for jewelry and design items.
Lucio represents the beating heart of AJ Tuscany by developing the models for jewelry and following the various stages of production with the attention that only a person with a curriculum like his can have.

Our work consists of research, innovation of ideas, continuous improvement of the techniques that we use. But we could never complete and bring to light a jewel without the passion and dedication, ours and of the artisans and collaborators who help us to create the jewel of your dreams.
The watchwords are “always improve” and “ethics and respect” towards customers and all the people involved in our business.
If today you find interesting jewels here, different from what you usually see in jewelry, it is thanks to “always improving” that leads us to create works that were not there yesterday. We are the ones that the artisans are desperate to see, because we always ask for the impossible, and we get it, for you! This is thanks to their competence, but also to the commitment that derives from the “ethics and respect” we have towards them.

Italy shines thanks to the skill of its craftsmen who have made the beauty, uniqueness and character of a hand-made article famous.
The production cycle of our jewels involves an average of 3 artisans, each specialized in that specific step but who adapt their work to what the final result should be. Having a clear idea of the purpose of your work, the finished jewel with certain details, is what makes each piece an “object of desire”.
WHAT IS AJ TUSCANY:
If it is true that a brand is a promise of quality and customer care, then we can certainly say that AJ Tuscany is a brand. We like to think of it as a project, or a set of projects, which are mainly linked to the creation and sale of unique jewels produced exclusively in Tuscany.
AJ stands for Art Jewelery. Jewelery has always been connected, in close contact with art, it is in fact a form of applied art. Those who want to start a journey in the world of jewelry have to study it in an art school with specific qualification in applied art – jewelry and goldsmiths.
